Can't stream through a Gigabit Switch despite having the correct IP address in config

Im trying to stream through a Gigabit Switch and it just doesn't want to work unless i turn on Sharing my internet connection with my Wifi for some reason, i do not want to share my active wifi internet to the Wii U since it seems to add a delay on the image. THe correct IPv4 Address is set, i dont know why it doesnt work. its a LAN connection

try assigning your wii u to a specific ip address

maybe it will help and try using sunshine instead of geforce
