This is for my internal purposes, and Caleb asked that I create a ticket so he could set aside the time to do this. In testing, I've uncovered some incorrect application of presumptive eligibility rules - not sure where these came from because they weren't in our initial presumptive eligibility rules summary - maybe crossed wires with Policy Engine? I'd like to have a list of the rules we're applying in Colorado so I can confirm whether they're accurate / need changes.
