Background notes: The state has made some changes that apply to all HHs, regardless of size - so for each HH, the program will apply the highest of 60% state median income, 80% county area median income, or 200% FPL. The income rules are consolidated into the sheet noted above. The state will override the numbers in this sheet from time to time (e.g., when 2025 FPL is announced , they'll modify this sheet accordingly). This state sheet will replace the sheet we currently use to inform income eligibility.
