Web_14: Set default year is not shown after loading the page

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Navigate to URL: http://www.vizabi.org/
2. Home page of Vizabi will be loaded
3. Click on the Blog button, donut chart is displayed
4. Note that no year is shown on the chart for default set year.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
After loading the blog page, no year is shown on the chart. After clicking play button, the year is shown to the user.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Year should be properly visible on donut chart after loading the blog page
