Too many redirects error

Doesn't work with plugin https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/echo-knowledge-base/ - for all it's content shows too many redirects error.

At thу same time works with other content of the site, but other restrict plugins work with this knowledge base. So it's only a conflict of these two pligins.
