List of IE 11 Issues

This issue will be used to list all bugs and front-end issues related to Internet Explorer version 11.

Even though, the share of users of Edge/IE 11 is low and decreasing, this web browser is still widely used for certain purposes by WBG staff. We should therefore ensure the website is working on IE version 11 as well.
