Apparently bcalm crashes with very large k's (4096) #65

Anton reported that it crashes with:

unexpected problem: repart bucket
unexpected problem: repart bucket
unexpected problem: repart bucket

I'll investigate someday.

so I did 2 tests:
dmel_chr4.fa k=3000: worked but took 2 hours, 3 GB ram
whole human genome, k=3000: killed due to > 200 GB during kmer counting
