Problem

With Twilio now and the 10DLC compliance, getting Twilio to be able to send text messages is now much more challenging, as you have to register your brand and your text campaign. Can take weeks for turnaround.

Support Twilio Verify natively. https://www.twilio.com/en-us/user-authentication-identity/verify

Alternatives/workarounds

Use a generic messenger and shim the API.

Use the twilio messenger and work through the system.
