CI check gaurav-nelson/[email protected] fails with the following error:

ERROR: 1 dead links found!
[✖] https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/a/38909 → Status: 403

The link opens fine on my browser.

This is likely a Cloudflare issue: gaurav-nelson/github-action-markdown-link-check#185
