  • Can determine presence of obstacles directly ahead.
  • Can determine presence of obstacles to the left and right.
  • Moves forward if there are no obstacles directly ahead.
  • Banks left or right to avoid an obstacle directly ahead.
  • Accounts for an obstacle directly ahead and to the left.
  • Accounts for an obstacle directly ahead and to the right.
  • Reverses direction if obstacles are in all directions.
