Hi,
my side get an update vom TYPO3 V8 with bsdist to 11.5.22
Update with deactivate all old extensions.
Now I want to install the introduction package, but I get an error:

503
Oops, an error occurred!

Argument 3 passed to TYPO3\CMS\Core\DataHandling\DataHandler::addDefaultPermittedLanguageIfNotSet() must be of the type int, null given, called in /var/www/clients/client153/web1317/web/typo3_src-11.5.22/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/DataHandling/DataHandler.php on line 944

the extensions bootstrap-package and introduction are installed, but I have no new page-tree.

How can I install the introduction-package without error and with new page-tree

Hi @jacques2017 , you cannot directly upgrade from v8 to v11, you have to upgrade to v9 or v10, run all upgrade wizards and continue with the upgrade to v11 afterwards if everything works as expected.

And the page tree import of the Introduction Package only works once per instance. If you ever have installed it before the data will never be imported again!

Hi @gilbertsoft, thank you for answer.

TYPO3 was updated from v8 to V9 .. to V11
On V8 bsdist was installed. And on V11 I want to install the package with the new page-tree, but I got the error and not the new page-tree.

As said before, import can only be done once, upgrades are not supported. I suggest to start from scratch by removing all tables from the database.
