i restarted my Ubuntu v24.04 and it stoped working

before the restart it took a lot of time to get it to work and it was soo long that i dont even remember the steps...

what i tried

i tried reinstalling

with pipx, pip --break-system-packages

but no hope

the normal pip install doesnt work it gives error externally-managed-environment

edit:
i also ran pywalfox install and pywalfox start but no hope
