Bug found during work on FrendsPlatform/Frends.IBMDB2#2
During workflow some directories are created (docker stuff), and later commands like "find" and "nuget push" do not have permission to search in new directories.
In that specific case we can't use windows-workflow because docker image doesn't support windows server 2022

Solution: add sudo to commands to enable searching in newly created directories
