Adding a cache tagging feature would allow us to invalidate keys when we otherwise wouldn't be able to.

+1 This would also help fix issues listed here: exceptionless/Exceptionless#125

This would also help with the fact that iterating keys in redis is highly discouraged and will be impossible in a cluster.

@ejsmith We'll we already have remove by prefix and set support. Should we close this issue?
