File manager does not ask for file access permission if opened for the first time via "share" dialog #85

How did you install the app?

F-Droid / IzzyOnDroid

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. install Fossify file manager, do not open it
  2. open whatsapp
  3. go into specific chat
  4. select three dots
  5. select more
  6. select export chat
  7. select either option
  8. select fossify file manager
  9. click + button to create folder
  10. put any name (say "uduy")
  11. press ok

Expected behavior

It will ask for file permission when doing share without ever opening it

Or it will show an error

Actual behavior

Clicking create folder results in nothing happening

I can make recording if that would help

Additional information

I expect that it will happen on any file sharing

I think it should always prompt with permission request.
