Cannot scan Youtube search box

I'm able to scan almost all search boxes anywhere but in Youtube. Examples below are in Discord and Github.

For anyone asking why I would ever want to use this feature: it's to be able to search anything conveniently within Youtube. Not all Youtube videos have scannable subtitles. So I want to be able to type the word in the Youtube search box and do a Yomichan scan there.
Yomichan can also screenshot the webpage when importing to Anki, which is another feature I want to use.
