同一PCでない以上、ApplicationDidLaunchなどで死活監視を行うのが難しい
常にコネクションを維持するのも難しいので、httpでポーリングを行う方が丸そう
ただ、そもそもtallyに対応していないユニットも存在する(e.g. 3Play) のでどうするか
また複数のユニットに対してリクエストを行う場合、IP単位でフィルターして最小限にしたい気持ちもある
