HTTPS support

I've started work on SSL configuration support for the prefpane. However, I've got a few questions about what would interest people:

1. On/off for SSL (should be off by default)
2. When it's enabled, should the prefpane generate the local certificate or should it query the user to supply one?

The passenger pane was written for configuration of a workstation. This means that sites configured for https should just respond through SSL without any other complicated configuration or certificate generation.

For ease of use the certificate should probably have the same name as the vhost so you can easily replace it on the filesystem if needed.
