Submit links as course resources.

Make sure to use a captcha and use no follow links.

Do we want links to be a full page like with a note file?
Do users enter this data in the same form as the file upload?
What is the expectation for the ratio for links to files?

I suspect this should wait on pagination for the notes_list page/widget before we implement this.

Courses are linked to a course page, but I'm guessing "course resource" means Note in this case.

Filepicker supports links to documents, but probably not links to web pages.

Is this ticket basically saying we want to integrate something like delicious.com into KarmaNotes?

Bryan, to answer your question: Is this ticket basically saying we want to
integrate something like delicious.com into KarmaNotes?

The answer is "yes", but this is low priority right now. I'd rather
students ask us for this feature before we build it.

It's been a year, students are using the site. Is it worth closing this ticket now? We can always create a new ticket or reopen if students decide to request uploading links as bookmarks.
