highlight current place in table of contents #14

Not part of wireframes or design pngs, but it's easy to get lost in Dante's Divine Comedy. It might be nice to highlight which chapter one is viewing in the table of contents.

Check with @AndrewMagliozzi for confirmation as it is not part of the designs.
