Should you upload the key file to Github?

Hello I generated a key.txt.age file, can I upload this file to Github without security risks?
The content says it is encrypted:

...
-----END AGE ENCRYPTED FILE-----

Nevermind I figured it out, the encryption was done by the dotfile tool I use, not by the age command.
