What does this PR do?

  • Adds the post a friend form

How should it be tested in the UI?

  • Add PostAFriend to the render() to view it
  • Attempt FIlling in inputs (or don't to test error handling)
  • View state with React developer tools to view the new pet object that has been created.
  • Don't press continue button on the complete page (currently broken waiting for post req URL)
