Hi Felipe! I read through the paper for BEAN and I am really interested in trying out the code. Could you please update the repository with the codes, especially the extraction and alignment network? Also, can I access the trained network weights? I can share my email with you if I can receive it there! Thank you.

Hi Harini, My apologies for the long delay. I've been suffering some health issues for a while now and everything has been a bit chaotic because of it. If it helps, the network itself is just a modified U-Net (details in the BEAN paper) of which many templates can be found on github. Sadly, I don't have permission to share the weights.
