Flame sear not working is actually what makes this encounter ridiculously easy, since you can just stay in one place and dps the whole fight, not worrying about removing Flame touched at all. But if it were to work correctly, considering you cant see Conflagration target, it would make one hell of a fight and dps race. So id say fixing this before Kil jaeden release would be really nice, before it becomes irrelevant.

Editing repae1f's reply : its not 3 seconds, its actually 6 seconds at 3:49:27, and it does tick every half second, so the damage it does by itself is correct. The main issue is that it doesnt leave flame touched after tick (notice that it should leave 6 stacks, not 12, despite flame sear ticking 12 times) and that she does it every 30-60 seconds instead of 10-15.
