SCSS Parser is now strict

If you're having any issues with your UI as of late, this is because we've made the SCSS parser a lot more strict. It will no longer fail silently and it will output to the console if the style didn't parse correctly.

The reason for this change is to minimize the amount of confusion about what you can do and what you can't do, you'll get warnings if you try and do something unsupported and you won't be caught off guard where you think something works when in reality it might not be implemented yet
