Capturing a game list of players

Hi,
I have a question. Is it possible to capture a full list of games owned by user through facepunch.steamworks? I want to make an App that will collect the data of the user buying developer games with mainly will focus on what titles that person own.

So for example when a user buy a game the app will:

Collect the name of the user
Collect the full list of games (in jonson or excel form) with the avatar of the game, appID, name and genre?

Is it possible to do something like this?
