/setspawn not working

hi i currently have hub basics installed to our paper spigot server and the /sethub isnt working yet the XYZ have saved in the configs.yml which isn't making sense. when i go to another server the /hub is working fine but puts me half hanging out the portal (the last place i was in the hub) rather than on the place where i want to /sethub

I tried to get my hosting company to check for me and said it wasn't working for them either and to contact plug in developer. any help would be grateful. Thank you
