In Siibra Explorer make volume tuning sharable

Dear Siibra team,

Thanks to the excellent new feature you implemented we can now share links to nii volumes and precomputed ng chunks in siibra.

This is fantastic, is it possible to also make the specific tuning parameters sharable? For instance if I adjust the color-map and the default high threshold can these then be the default values once a link is shared? If I could add this as URL parameters this would be perfect. If this is not possible I can simply adjust the min and max values of the volume so that it looks better with the default values of the viewer.

While implementing #1252 , I actually have similar ideas, but I am potentially concerned re: packaging these values in url parameter.

I am considering an alternative, such as a metadata file at nifti://{path-to-nii}/.siibra-explorer-layer-cfg.json (not yet decided on the filename), which will be fetched in order to populate the colormap, min threshold etc. This means, in addition of uploading the nii volume, you would prepare and upload an additional json file.
