How to set up OpenWatcom DOS build from ci_build.sh

I had to modify a few things to get current ci_build.sh to run through to completion on our amd64 Debian server:

 PATH=~/proj/build-ia16/prefix/bin/:"$PATH"
 nano build.bat
 mkdir ~/.dosemu/drive_c/devel
 ln -s ../watcom/ ~/.dosemu/drive_c/devel/watcomc
 mkdir ~/.dosemu/drive_c/devel/nasm
 ln -s ../../bin/nasm.exe ~/.dosemu/drive_c/devel/nasm/nasm.exe
 ./ci_build.sh

The nano editor was used to add a call to the build.bat script:

autowat.bat contains the lines that the OpenWatcom DOS installer added to autoexec.bat:

PATH C:\WATCOM\BINW;%PATH%
SET INCLUDE=C:\WATCOM\H
SET WATCOM=C:\WATCOM
SET EDPATH=C:\WATCOM\EDDAT
SET WIPFC=C:\WATCOM\WIPFC

I think I also had to init the submodule repos, which is done using these commands:

 git submodule init
 git submodule update --recursive
