SSH and Web UI stopped working after reboot of F5 #20

I followed the steps outlined for Quickstart 3 NIC F5. The deployment was successful and i was able to login but after reboot ssh and web UI access stopped working. Console access is still working and tcpdump on external is showing F5 receiving sync packets but no reply from F5.

Can anyone confirm if there is a bug? I tried adding another F5 instance and its behaving the same (no ssh and web UI access) after reboot.

Just to add, both sshd and https services are running. I restarted as well but same issue

There seems to be an issue with the routing after reboot - https://my.f5.com/manage/s/article/K97136349
I can fix it manually but don't know how to do this permanently
