I am experiencing this as well, but I was able to find a workaround. If you click the green Code button at the repos main page, there is an option to download a zip of the repository (alternatively, you can click this link). You will still need to extract the files out of the zip folder, but you can then move the inner folder (it should be named Faithful32-1.7.10-master and contain all the files and folders listed in the repo) to your resourcepacks folder and you should be able to use the resource pack normally. The extracting and copying took a while since there are so many files, but it did load the texture pack correctly for me when trying to play FTB Infinity Evolved through CurseForge.
