Blackhole latency (Logic to Ladiocast)

Hi!
hope you guys are having a great day! Just quite of an urgent one. I have an online gig tomorrow evening and the host is using Ladiocast. They didn't really help much with the setting up of everything so I am trying to figure out stuff by myself. I am using Logic on iMac as DAW and the audio of the track is fine but the mics have a bit of latency? They are connected through Scarlett and we only hear the latency if black hole is set as input.
Any advice on how to get 0 latency ?
