Widsurf: can't install extension from file #115

I am trying to install ChatGPT's extension so that Windsurf can be visible to ChatGPT.

They have the following installation instructions:

Make sure you are on the latest version of the ChatGPT macOS app

Download the extension: openai-chatgpt.vsix
In Visual Studio Code, open the Command Palette (CMD-Shift-P) and choose “Extensions: Install from VSIX…”
Select the VSIX file that you downloaded above
Verify that “ChatGPT – Work with VS Code on macOS” appears in the Extensions sidebar

When I try to follow these instructions, I am and try to choose the .vsix file, it's greyed out, and I can't select it.
