Investigate magnetic field angle in 2D Hermes3

Have a component of the B field in the plane to make the Laplacian solve harder. Fingers crossed this works with high order basis functions becamse neso-fame aint ready yet.

The purpose of this is to fail fast and find out if NESO-fame needs to be accelerated, if that's even possible.
If this works - great! Otherwise make a new plan now!
