    -pl, --pull
        Use --pull to perform a one way repair where data is only streamed
        from a remote node to this node.

It would be useful to run a pull repair as a on demand job where you specify which DC to repair and which DC to repair from. The from DC could be specified as a single DC, a list of DCs or all DCs.
