Extract original ro.zip from .zsf files (and other SF2000 files)

Hello,
is there a way to extract the original rom files?
I am not a "huge pirate" so the usual sites to download roms look terrible to me.
But i have my SF200 sitting here with a lot of rom files.
Only they are in a strange format (rom+picture i gather).

Any way to extract rom files so i can also use them on my PC Emulator(s)?
