Could we swap out an emotional picture?

There is a picture that shows a black man with a knife the throat of a white woman. This might appear racist. Could we substitute another negative picture?

Unfortunately, the Fear image set is a bit limited. There isn't another similar image with similar rater agreement to swap for this. This one has slightly higher rater agreement but is a landscape picture.

There would be a total of 6 photos with people in Set A and 5 for Set B.

Can I name it the same as the one it's replacing (6313.jpg) or do the names mean something to you? If the names do mean something please let me know how it should be named.
