Problem with install/update addons from amo

Unable install/update some addons
for example https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bookmarks-manager-and-viewer/
problem with any versions up 0.2.6.2resigned1 - "it appears to be corrupt"

It seems to install fine for me, tried latest, tried 0.3.3, tried 0.2.7.2resigned1, tried 0.2.6.1.

same situation with
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtube-high-definition

even attempt to install from xpi, copied from other pc (windows 10 x64/130 native Firefox) generates this error

Is your profile corrupt somehow?

profile was migrated from 115 esr branch. works like charm since your project started.

I'm not sure what the issue is. I guess it started with 130, but worked with 129? I guess try going back to a working version, delete compatibility.ini to make the browser launch with the older profile, and see what happens.

looks like the source of problem was ex esr profile. Clean profile or migration from regular 130 build work well.
