I use r3dfox on Windows 11 to get a native titlebar. On v128.0.3-hotfix and later, a 1-pixel high area at the top of the titlebar has become inactive when the window is on my HiDPI monitor (at 125% scaling), meaning I can no longer click/drag tabs or buttons when I move my cursor to the top of the screen.

128.0.3-hotfix having the issue but not 128.0.3 is really weird since the only change was removing a single css rule. Are you sure that's the case?

Also does it go away enabling/disabling the theme, menu bar, etc.

I didn't check v128.0.3 actually, I reckon it probably still has the same issue. Happens regardless of theme, menu bar, etc.

So it's not in 128.0.2, but it's in 128.0.3? I need to know when it first began to figure out the issue.
