I have multiple chargers that the XZ2C refuses to take power from (mostly my PC), but both my XZ1C and XA2 are completely fine charging from. No idea why. Assuming kernel even though I'm making issue here.

Might be better under LineageOS 21. Need to retest RR Q when I get around to it.
