General comments:

• The Terminology chapter should be higher up, before we actually use the terms inside the text. It should contain the definition of a PoA, and of a mandate to show the difference.
• We should try to describe the EU PoA first and not attempt "general PoAs" which is a lot harder to do and has a lot wider scope than we will need in EWC.
• IFF you still attempt a general PoA, I would suggest to separate between NP-NP, NP-LP, LP-NP, LP-LP cases of representation and being represented, since they are are quite different, legally, semantically, technically and in the type of uses-cases.
