Suggestion 2 for visualizer: particle clouds

this is a bit of a complex one and goes alongside number 3. particle clouds are what i like to call the colored clouds in the background of the old monstercat visualizer, they had a set color. and the hardest part size, speed, density, and brightness/colorvalue (its color value to black) diviation. all of which would be configurable (hence why i say this one would be pretty big to impliment.
