Set the solar zenith angle in TUV-x prior to calculating photolysis rate constants.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Solar zenith angle is set based on model state before photolysis rate constants are calculated in TUV-x

Ideas

  • create a CCPP scheme for calculating solar zenith angles based on CAM zenith function
  • alternatively move CAM function to to_be_ccppized folder
  • convert solar zenith angle to degrees from cos(sza)
