Replace "./manage_externals/checkout_externals" with "bin/git-fleximod update" on Wiki

I frequently use the CAM Wiki and noticed that

./manage_externals/checkout_externals

should be replaced with

bin/git-fleximod update

Occurs in two spots:

I could fix this myself but I don't have write access (and it is probably better to keep it that way)
