  1. 将抓取网页信息逻辑和数据库操作解藕
  2. 增加命令行操作
  3. 支持在配置文件关系性数据库和时序数据库的配置与命名
  4. 更改关系数据库操作中间件为GORM
  5. 增加models目录，放入关系数据库的模型;增加internal文件夹，作为程序内部库使用;增加utility目录，将对外和公共的服务放入其中

可以考虑 default 支持下 sqlite 的
