For various reasons, the subscriber may not get all the results. In that case, it should be able to detect that and go get a particular result number.

What if we name each file with a 3 digit sequence number of the result and send the sequence number as we send results?

This is a nice to have feature - with the media specific website the subscriber has a well defined URL already for every result so they can automate on their side if they want.
