buttons don't work in iOS13 #288

Suddenly the buttons on iPhone with iOS13.1.3 stopped working

When looking for the reason we found this
google/material-design-lite#5281
and related:
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=202802

I can report that removing the ripple effect fixes the problem

It works with ontouchstart rather than onclick
