Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The default timeout for sub menus on 12864 can be frustrating when trying mechanical calibration of the machine and setting values via the menu. The default timeout is too short for this.
Conversely, it sometimes is too long for quick tunables during printing.
Describe the solution you propose.
I see two solutions to this:
a) allow the default timeout to be adjusted up or down globally
b) allow default timeout to be adjusted per menu (plus allow menus to be 'sticky' -- this would require menu authors to add their own return buttons)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Current workaround would be to go back to the Web UI or use a serial connection, but that's not always convenient or appropriate.
