Include behaviour of 0 AbsoluteRefreshTokenLifetime for sliding refresh tokens #495

Previous versions of the documentation indicate that an AbsoluteRefreshTokenLifetime value of 0 used in conjunction with RefreshTokenExpiration = Sliding will allow a refresh token to slide indefinitely. It appears that this is still the case.

From what I can see there is no reference to this in the most recent documentation, which states that for RefreshTokenExpiration = Sliding tokens "the lifetime will not exceed AbsoluteRefreshTokenLifetime."

Can this be added please?
