能否支持跳过片头片尾功能 #27

找了好多播放器都不支持这个功能,听有声说有些需要跳过片头片尾功能其实就是手动设置个片头秒数, 和片尾秒数就可以了

但是如何判断片头片尾时间点呢？我猜测是不是有info协议
